Martial

This is training
in Kempo, Chuan-Fa, Indonesian Silat and Chinese Kuntao. This
class includes aspects of MMA, Jiu-Jitsu, Aikido, and
Kickboxing. This is a well rounded black belt ranking program with
conditioning, forms, and self defense training.
Tuesday and Thursdays at 3:00 - 4
and 7:00-8:00. Saturdays 11:00-12
